It is completely pathetic the way you address comments that your customers write for you. Taking a shower and using deodorant has absolutely nothing to do with the disgusting smell of cigarettes that linger off your body when you are up close with a client. Responding to your customers with ""Threats"" asking them to come up to your place of business and not to hide behind a ""keyboard"" once again completely pathetic and unprofessional. if you claim to be the ""BEST and FIVE Star which you no longer are by the way, why do you talk and act in such a unethical manner? And asking someone to come up there and address you personally i can assure you that is something that would not be good for business. By the way ""WHOOoo ARE YOU""
