We had him build some retaining walls, a concrete patio with a fire pit, sod and sprinkler system, and landscaping around the house. It was awesome - although the retaining wall is not even. No big deal.\r \r Concrete patio had a hot tub on it, which we told him where we were going to put it at, and to make sure the concrete was thick enough to support the weight (knew this ahead of time). After about 6 months, concrete cracked and now the hot tub sits uneven to where the water would flow away from the house, now it does not. Also they poured the concrete right up to the retaining wall, where it is all tied in together. That is now all busted up as well.\r Tried to get him to come and fix it, but he said that it was the concrete companies problem because they were the ones who told him what to pour. Wholerscape runs the business, we thought he would sick by his work. So if you do have anything done, make sure he would sign a contract to back their work! Have since turned him into the BBB. Pros: Great idea's! Cons: Doesn't stand by their work!
