We did our baby registry at this store and were VERY disappointed. The clerks at the store were not accommodating to us or those buying gifts off our registry. We experienced rude managers and felt like we were constantly inconveniencing those who were working at the store.
We also had issues buying items remaining on our registry. The store sends you a coupon for 15% off the items not purchased. However, if the items are online only, you have to choose whether you want to use the coupon online or in the store because it can only be used ONE TIME. Each of these purchases, counts as a separate instance which means the coupon really cannot be used to purchase all remaining items if everything isn't in the store. Additionally, if you add anything to your registry after your initial in-store experience, those items also DO NOT count towards this offer. We added items as people started to purchase things on the registry. When we went to purchase them after our showers, we were told they do not count because we added them after the fact.
I am disappointed in this store in particular and in the national chain's policies for registries. I would suggest you register elsewhere. With all of that said, the store does indeed have a huge selection of items and many unique things you cannot find at any other area stores. For this reason, it is hard not to want to register here and use the store to shop.
