I had a lovely experience at Cooper Alley. I was referred by several of my clients who raved about the quality of the staff and their expertise. There was no sales pressure at all..the assistant who shampooed my hair, Reiko? gave me the best head massage and the stylist, Sloan did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. The price was not out of line, either, but exactly what one would expect to spend a in a skilled, clean establishment for service from skilled, talented people. I would highly recommend this place.
Pros: nice environment, skilled professionals, helpful staff
Cons: a little noisy
