We purchased a whirlpool Duet 9600 series washer. We purchased the Washer/Dryer Set and were promised many rebates. WWe submitted all necessary information and got maybe 1/2 of what we were promised by the fast talking salesman. Then the Kicker- The NEW washer breaks with a faulty Analog pressure sensor in less than one Year. We called whirlpool and the part is backordered for unknown amount of time. OVER 500 people need this part NOW. We have been without a washer for over a month and have to bring our laundry to the laundromat every week- about 10 loads. NO HELP FROM BARRY and getting the run around from Whirlpool. We are demanding a new washer\r
