Horrible!!! Trust me on this....Please DO NOT USE THIS ""COMPANY"" !!! They use the ole ""Bait and Switch""... they take forever to lock in a rate and that means they don't have it. Rate locks should take 5 minutes. They will lie and tell you what ever they can to pull you in. They are a broker and NOT a lender so even if they have the lowest rate advertised don't buy it, go with a reputable bank that is a direct lender & not a broker. Your best bet is to use Lending tree. I luckily was able to back out and use a bank I received from Lending Tree recommendations. If you don't believe me you can look up the senior broker there, ""Frank Memmo"", he is under indictment for mortgage fraud in NJ. Look it up on the nj.gov website!
