I went to Imaging Healthcare in Oceanside today.
There were three women at the reception area. I stood there for several minutes before I was even acknowleged. When I finally was acknowledged I was told she would be right with me. Several minutes later I was finally waited on. The woman was not friendly and argued with me over my insurance.
I waited for 45 minutes after my appointment time and finally asked if I had missed being called. The woman called back to the technician and I was called back soon after. Apparently I had not been checked in by the reception desk and the technician had no idea that I had been waiting .
I will not go back there again. There are many other good imaging centers in the area.
