Visited Dr. Rahimi's office today for the first time to have coolsculpting done on my lower belly. The staff at the office were very warm, acommodating and welcoming. I've been to a couple of doctor's office in the westside area and in my experience, majority of the staff are snooty, cold and stand offish. I was really relieved and happy at the reception that I got from this staff. Visiting a doctor's office, may it be for medical or cosmetic reason is always overwhelming and intimidating and the staff here really put me at ease. After I filled out the questionnaire I was right away called in for my consultation and procedure. I know Dr. Rahimi has a very busy practice so I was really surprised when after the initial consultation, he personally did the procedure. I was expecting one of the nurses to do it. Dr. Rahimi took his time to explain to me the details of the procedure and what to expect. He answered all my questions and didn't rush to get out of the room and made sure that I was comfortable. He had his nurse stay with me the first 15 mins and she too was wonderful and offered to get me reading materials and water to drink. Dr. Rahimi came in and checked on me about 5 times in an hour time and told me to press a button if I needed him. Just couldn't be any nicer. I had such a great experience with the doctor and his staff that I have forgotten what I came in there for. I can't wait to see results of the coolsculpting so that I could then go back to have my side planks done. If I don't get the result that I am hoping for, I would still go back and try the other services offered because of the positive experience that I had with Dr. Rahimi and his staff.
