I used this company years ago to paint the interior of our new home and the entire interior of our 2 family. They also did a large sheet rock job for us. The company was just starting out and the work was good. I gave them many referrals. WELL, 6 years ago they painted the outside of my house. Less than 2 years later the paint was falling off in sheets. I called Emilio, he said he would ""take care of me"" and about 6 months later he finally sent someone to look at it. They said that it was painted while the shingles were still wet from the powerwashing, so the paint couldn't adhere properly. I can only guess that the fact that the entire house had to be sanded and repainted is the reason why he would not take or return my calls and never fixed the mistake. They also damaged many window screens, which I didn't notice until the following year, because they must have pulled them out and dropped them to the ground, bending them. Stay away!!!!
