this newcomer is one to watch. as a huge potato fan, i am so impressed. i've never seen my favorite starch served up so deliciously with an incredible blend of mystery spices. also, we were afraid we'd be rushed through our meal as at most restaurants, but they let us sit for hours and hours. we practically moved in! we didn't have room for dessert thanks to the dosas (like a quesadilla stuffed with potatoes), but the wonderfully sweet and sticky rieslings took care of that need. and they were super well matched with the cuisine. we'll be back!
Pros: potatoes, amazing breads, flavorful starches
