Review content:
This contractor does sloppy work, starting with poor measurements, leading to costly mistakes. He has a contemptous attitude toward his clients, and is a bit of a bully and a prima donna. The general contractor charges a 50% markup on the subcontractor fees, yet he does not seem to do anything. In our case, he was not aware of the work that was done, and never came to see the project, even when it was complete. When I say complete, I am being generous. Much of the work was sloppy and left incomplete, requiring time, attention and further services (from better contractors) later.\r
The contractor has very poor communication with clients, inept record-keeping and poor accounting. He tried to charge us for things that were not done.\r
My recommendation is to STAY AWAY from this contractor. Hire someone else!
Pros: Nothing good about our experience!
Cons: Everything!
