This is my first time to Sarasota and I have to tell you that EVERY restaurant we have been to has had very VERY slow service. This must be due to the economy and the labor pool. It is bizzare. I had wolffish, which I had never had, and it was incredible. It was sauteed in a pecan butter with fried spnach for garnish. The gazpacho was one of the best I've had. My brother had a fillet which he said was the best he's had. This restaurant is by far the best we have eaten at. As far as the service, she was working hard but had too many tables. My glass of wine arrived AFTER my meal. Most wait staff in this town is pretty rude and slow. They take the attitude of most of the ""snow bird"" visitors from up north who tend to be rude.
