Review content:
Accidents are difficult enough to deal with and then there is the hassle of repairs and not having a vehicle. Koester Automotive is an auto body shop and they make it so easy for you. I was rear ended in my new car. I brought the car in, there were many technicians on the premises, so I approached one and told them what was had happened. They ensured me that they would make it as easy as possible for me and they did!!! I spoke to the owner Ben, signed a few papers and luckily there was an Enterprise rental car agent who was picking up another customer took me over to their location I signed the paperwork, got a rental, and was out of there in less than a half hour.
My repairs were not major but still they finished it within a few days.
The whole experience was great and I wanted to write about it. I highly recommend Koester Automotive they are awesome.Thanks Ben & all the technicians and friendly staff.
