If you purchase from their web site and the item you receive is not as described, you will probably be out of luck. Read the return policy on their web site and decide if you want to risk it before ordering. The policy incorporates a lot of leeway for them to just take your money. The merchandise may or may not be what you ordered, and if it's not right, they will not correct the problem. Nothing is their fault because they don't make mistakes.\r

The customer service department may attempt to correct a problem, but ultimately it's up to the owner, who is extremely rude and nasty.\r

You probably won't get ripped off if you shop in person, but why support a business that treats customers this way?\r
