I can't say enough good things about Purcella Services. We dealt primarily with Joe, and he was great. He was responsive, always called when he said he would, performed a thorough inspection of our furnace and explained it well. It did turn out that we needed a new furnace and they were able to install it on a Sunday, and the gentleman who installed it, Homer, was courteous, kept his work area clean and it was a pleasure having him in our home.
