My PC had been threatening to quit for two years and I kept bringing it back to life until about a week ago when it gave up the ghost. After looking around and calling a few places I decided to surf and see if I could find something local as everyone else wanted me to order online. I found Joes Computer Shop and it was in my area. I called and took my desktop(the dead one) and my Laptop(just needed a few keys) and decided to let them tell me what was going on with them. They were able to fix the keyboard so my laptop was saved. The Desktop was history, a bad capasitor and not one that is replaceable like the 775, (whatever that means), So Joe was able to custom build me a PC and the turn around time was less then a week, and while the price was a little higher than some, the people and the service they provide more then compensated for it. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trust worthy place of business to deal with.
Pros: Centrally located, Great People, Trustworthy Service, Dependable, Family Atmosphere
Cons: Best not to rush them on anything
