My boyfriend and I went to enjoy a nice dinner out that wouldn't break the bank. Elements Cafe was a perfect choice! It was recommended by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. The waitress was amazing without being overly accommodating, but just enough so to where we didn't have to search her out if we needed something. The food was in perfect portions, a perfect display and incredibly delicious. From the bruschetta, to the lobster bisque, to the crab cake, everything was wonderful! It's a cozy and comfortable setting, not loud at all. I have eaten in many 5-star restaurants in Philadelphia, but Elements Cafe is my new favorite.
Pros: everything!
