After years and years of pain I finally went to Dr. Seaman Chiropractic and sought relief. This has been one the better investments of my life. Thanks to a few low impact exercises and stretches along with a couple of simple changes to my habits, my back pain is GONE. I can walk without that crushing feeling in my lower back. And with my more active, less painful life I have lost over 25 pounds and decreased my waist by six inches.\r
