Review content:
Stole our RV! Terrible people do deal with. Crooks. Low lifes. Bottom feeders. Vultures. THIEVES. OUTRAGEOUS! We rented for a year, then fell behind on our storage rent and they got a lien sale authorization from the DMV. We tried to work with them. We came in and paid off the lien with $600 cash and got the lien sale authorization lifted by the DMV and updated the stickers. They lifted the block on our gate code. Kim, the manager, told us we were good to go. No problems, no hard feelings, we could stay. Just keep paying rent. When we came back to pay our storage rent a short time later, Kim told us the RV was no longer there!!! They had ""given it away for free"" to a low-life ""junker."" This is the same vehicle they declared to the DMV was worth in excess of $4,000. They fraudulently used their invalidated lien sale authorization papers to give the vehicle away to a friend after they had settled it with us. Meanwhile they kept telling us that the vehicle was okay stored there. Then their friend took the old papers to the DMV to register it in his name, representing that these were still valid documents, and the DMV did not know any better. This was only one month after they had lifted the lien. No warning. No notices. No phone calls. Nothing. They had our phone number. There was no more lien but they went ahead with a lien sale anyway, without any competitive bidding. They told us they did this with four other tenants. We still do not know where our RV is and we cannot recover it. They lied to us. They lied to the cops. They lied to the DMV. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR PROPERTY.I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT TO GET ANY RELIEF. THE DMV TOLD US THAT THIS WAS ESSENTIALLY A STOLEN VEHICLE. GRAND THEFT. UNJUST ENRICHMENT. FRAUD. EXTREME BAD FAITH. IF YOU HAVE ANY VEHICLES THERE, GET THEM OUT NOW BEFORE THEY STEAL THEM. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
