Review content:
Do not purchase a mattress from this company. The delivery personnel destroyed some of my personal property, before they even entered the house! Initially I was told over the phone that everything would be fixed or replaced. Then the next day management refused to compensate for the damaged property, and in fact, tried to blame the reason for the property being damaged on me. Management was condescending and unsympathetic. Customer service non-existent with this company. I'm in shock. To have someone come out to the house just to do an estimate will cost nearly $100, and then I have to have the damaged repaired. I will never shop at this store again; in fact I will never shop at any store that the Virginia Beach management is associated with. I will actually be filing a civil suit. Do not use this company.
Pros: The store was located close to my house.
Cons: Damaged personal property. Company refuses to assist with repair/replacement. Staff lie to customers. Management condescending to customers.
