Zen Care is Horrible! I also was suckered in to purchasing a promotional 4 visit package. The first time I called to make an appointment, I had to book two months out. I misplaced my paperwork and called to see if they would honor it if I was able to prove I purchased it and had not yet used my massages. When I found my documents, they had already expired. I called to speak with the receptionist and she promised to put a call into the marketing company and have them re-issue me a package so it would not be considered expired. She never called them, did not return my phone calls and it was like PULLING TEETH to get her Manager's name. FINALLY after 7 different phone calls, she gave me his name. I called him and have YET to hear back from him. They were only willing to honor one minute massage, despite the fact that I paid for 4 of them! I am STILL fighting with them for a full refund, at this point I don't want them laying their hands on me, I don't have any reason to trust them with my back. I already have back problems and I will not risk allowing them to make it worse. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ZEN CARE FOR ANYONE! RUN FAST!
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
