I purchased a promotional massage package from the marketing company that Zen Care hired for both me and my wife. However, when I tried to make an appointment with Zen Care, the first available appointment was 2 months away from the day that I called. Since the coupons will expired at the end of Feb, I asked them how am I going to finish all 4 visits if my first appoinment in in late December (and I also have to be out of the country at the end of Jan for 3 three weeks,) and they told me as long as I already started the first session before the expiration date, I will be fine. But when I finished my 2nd session and tried to make another appointment for the next session, they told me they don't have any weekend appointment and my coupons will expired at the end of Feb and they won't honor the rest of the sessions if they past my expiration date. If they are trying to use this promotional package to bring in more customer, they are doing it totally wrong. The way they are doing business, I won't recommend it for any type of service. Cons: Bad customer service
