Don't go here. I was over charged for a procedure according to my insurance explanation benefit form. This office never contacted me regarding my credit on my account. It seems like they wanted to keep my credit. When I called the office about my credit Shana explain that the office leaves the credit on my account until I come back for more dental services and they would apply credit any dental treatment. I explain to Shana that if I have a credit on my account I believe the right thing to do is refund my over payment. I also explain that my next dental cleaning appointment would be 6 months away and my insurance covers my cleaning at 100%. It seem like this office doesn't want to refund anyone's credit unless someone ask for it. I did request my credit to be refund to me ASAP. After arguing with this person the refund was given to me. I told my co-workers about the credit on my account and their looking into there accounts too. I also notices this office can't keep its staff there is a high turn over. Something is just not right with how they conduct business. \r \r
