Review content:
Superior is not only a name, but their service quality and management is also superior, no doubt about it. But, they are very tough when to return your security deposit back.
One of my relative stayed there for 3 months and kept the apartment very cleaned and refreshed. Their carpet on the floor was really nice and my relative also fought hard all the time to keep it clean. When the business deal was over for him and he left the apartment, the problem aroused there. The landlord was absolutely unhappy with the beautiful carpet and cut off 80% of the security deposit without any reason. My relative was really dissatisfied with this manner.
In the mean time, another relative had the same reason to rent an apartment in Ontario through forsaleforlease.ca and this particular company's dealings was amazing. This company is tied up with big apartments at all provinces in Canada and also all the apartment provides best services, no doubt about.
