I just got back from visiting Doug Justus' auto center on Alcoa Hwy after business hours, and I left with some serious concern re: the company's ethics. Here's why: Two of Subarus had the car keys hanging from the door key slot. No one was there. I literally could have gotten in and cranked the cars. Besides that, an SUV was parked on the curb with its lights on. No doubt it will be dead tomorrow. I tried calling their office, but was unable to leave a msg (which I guess doesn't reflect bad business ethics, just saying I tried). I don't know what that says to you, but it was enough to keep me from considering going there to buy my next car!
