Review content:
Unhappy- I went into Chili's for lunch. When the hostess gave me the menu, I asked for a printout that listed the calorie content of each item. She looked dumbfounded and proceeded to ask why I needed it. I informed her that I was on a diet. She informed me that I did not need to be on a diet, I looked great. (I was wearing a rather large jacket that clearly hides any and all of my figure) Now, I'm not saying the flattery was not nice, but it needed to be followed up with, ""Let me get you that printout."" but was not. It is not her business WHY I wanted the information. It was her business to provide me with it. Instead, the waiter came over, showed me the ""light"" menu, which did show the calories (only had one item less than 500 calories). I again asked for the printout for the entire menu and was once again shunned. I did choose the lowest calorie meal in the light section and was pleased with the flavor, but completely dissatisfied with the customer service.
