This place is decent if you are looking for a great location and moderate living. In all honesty, you are getting your rent's worth here... Although BE CAREFUL! Sometimes the manager likes to threaten residents into a higher rent price when it's time to renew their lease. There are ways to work around this I'm sure. This was a great place to live while we lived there. I LOVED the location - close to everything! And I was very happy that every apartment includes a wahser & dryer! But I won't lie to you. There is still a lot to be desired. The interiors could use many updates.... in cabinetry, appliances, crown molding and flooring. And it wouldn't hurt to re-paint the exterior and add some really nice landscaping for appeal. Don't be scared if you are interested in living here. That's why you have lease options. If you don't like it after your 9 or 12 month lease is up... move out :) Also beware... as with any apartment living situation.... it's your neighbors you have to be most weary of! If you have a dirty neighbor, expect gross critters to come visit you. (YUCK!) All I'm saying is you get what you pay for. If you want a nicer place, you'll obviously pay a prettier penny.
