I am currently a tenant with this complex and my experience so far has been one of the worst experiences I have ever experience. I signed a 6 months lease with this complex on 11/08/2012 and already can’t wait until it’s over. I’m currently Building home and need something temporary so I signed this lease Site unseen because of its location. But if I would have done my research correctly I would not have never consider it. Iris the property manager does not care about you she gets an attitude when you ask her to take care of your unit and make the place Habitable. Since I moved inn it has been nothing but problems and Drama since I signed the lease on the 8th the apartment was infested with roaches so much that I could not even sleep there. There are cracks on the wall and it looks like foundation problems. Insulation is Horrible to the point that there is only a 10 degrees difference from outside. I wrote to management and ask them to make my apartment habitable. And in return all they said is that you sign the lease? The infestation has been so out of control that I had to get my own exterminator to exterminate. Which keep in mind I should of move in on the 8th. Maintance came in and left the place dirty and did not even clean up. My water bill is 45 dollars and have not even been there the full month?. Bottom line this is place is the worst place here in Humble. If you don’t care about management talking to you like there better than you when you need something done. Are if you don’t care if you live in a habitable place, Utilities been high are cracks on your wall then you found the right place. If you want to take a tour of my place I will personally give you a tour so you can make your educated decision. Personally I would stay clear form this Dump You will Not Be pleased!
