Long waits to sit down even if you have a reservation.\r

OK, here's how it works at AGO. You make a reservation and you show up on time. They tell you to grab a drink at the bar while your table is coming up. In the meantime, the regular customers (that look like the m a f i a) come in, tip the guy at the front and go straight to the first table eventhough they don't have a reservation.\r

Our reservation was at 8pm. They sat us down at 9:30 pm. The staff is quite rude as well. Always telling you another 15 minutes to calm you while hours are passing by.\r

So expect to wait a long period before you sit down.
