Review content:
Called them for a quote on a replacement water heater. The woman on the phone tried every excuse in the book for why ""the guy"" would have to go to my location and look at the job before giving me a quote. The visit being charged at their hourly rate of course. She wouldn't even tell me the cost of the water heater and how long it usually took for a basic installation. Finally I asked her to just give me a ball-park estimate based on the cost of the heater and SOME estimate of how long it takes to install and she quoted me $1,500.00. I got the job done by a GOOD plumber for $750, with a larger unit to boot.\r

Oh, and by the way, notice that the other reviewer doen't actually mention having any work done by these guys? Probably the woman I got on the phone, don't you think?
