Let the truth be told. The unit manager for the subacute department is running the department into the ground. However, it's not only her fault.The administrator has helped out with all these cut backs. There have been equiptment cuts and staff cuts directly in the subacute department..In addition to the staff cuts, the amount of patients have increased.The staff is running around raggedly trying to keep up with the workload. This place is headed for disaster.Please do no not send your family member here, they will suffer!! I know. I work there!
