Review content:
I have tried on many a ski boot in my 15 years of skiing, always dreading the experience. But I have to say that my experience at the Sports Creel was by far the easiest and most enjoyable ski boot shopping experiences I have had so far. Granted I did have an idea about what type of skier I am and what boot I wanted, the salesperson I worked with was very helpful. Even when I started to move to a completely different type of boot, he stuck with me and was able to tell me about how the boots differed in structure, heel placement, cut, and many other aspects of each pair of boots. Not once did he have to ask another salesperson to answer my inquiries about how they were each different and how they would perform. He even caught the fact that one of the boots I tried on had a minor adjustment made for the person who had tried them on before me, and that it may be causing slight discomfort. The problem was immediately fixed. I guess the best part about the whole experience is that I left feeling completely confident that the boots I had purchased were the best fit I could find. Even if I do develop ""hot spots"" on my feet as a result of wearing them, he told me that any adjustments or blowouts on the boots wouldn't be a problem and to feel free to come in with them to get them fixed. I can't wait to get on the slopes in my new boots!\r

BOTTOM LINE: If you are an experienced skier and are prepared to pay for a high performance boot, the Sports Creel is a great place to take your business. Especially recommended for those that have had troubles with boots in the past.
Pros: Great Customer Service, Knowledgeable Staff
