Review content:
Our business has crashed and the past 6 months have been really hard. Do NOT expect them to care. We were called and told that we were 4 months behind and they were going to dig up our sewage and plug it up. I tried to explain that I was sorry it was overlooked and could we work out a payment plan or do they have an assistance program. Cindy Ashworth told me that she was the supervisor and she said they did not work with people they just had to pay their bill. I asked her if we could work it out since we had been paying a bill at this location for 13 years. She said ""If you get a speeding ticket you have to pay it, you can't just say I haven't been speeding for 13 years."" HOW RUDE!!! There is a big difference in being a client and being pulled over. I was trying to work it out and apologizing and it seems like she could have cut us some slack, being the ""Supervisor"" and all. Turns out after mentioning that I was going to write letters to the district she suddenly was NOT the supervisor. Hmmmm (LIAR). I wonder what other threat she might be lying about. Well this being a monopoly with them being the only means of having water or sewage it seems like there would be some type of rules or regulations on how they treat their customers. They will not have to worry about us paying our bill when we lose our home along with so many other people due to this economy. Our house will sit vacant in forclosure they will not be receiving a monthly amount of money after having it coming in for 13 years.
Pros: will call to let you know they are cutting you off
Cons: will kick you when you are down
