The women in this office are the nicest, most helpful ladies I've ever met. None of my other bills go to such nice people. I was unable to make a payment on my bill, so I called the office. Cindy told me as long as I paid SOMETHING - ANY AMOUNT - EVEN 5 DOLLARS they would keep my water on. That's exactly what happened. I went to the office, paid all I could, $10, and they were so kind. My water was not disconnected and they were so understanding. She said that they are reasonable people and understand that life gets hard sometimes. She said that as long as I call and explain my situation to them, they will work with me. As long as I pay a small amount, they won't disconnect my water. How helpful!
