I am also part of the groupon deal and wanted to give this company a try. I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised to receive it within a few days. However, they forgot to ship me the butter toffee cashews I purchased. So I tried calling the customer service number multiple times, only to get the message ""Your wait will be longer than 10 min"". I continued to hold and was able to get through to voice mail and leave a message. However, several days later, still no response. So I have emailed them as a last ditch effort, but Haven't heard from them. So to be fair in rating them, they get an 'F' for customer service. They get a 'B' for quality and taste, they get a 'D' for pricing. These guys are really over priced for what you get, but I cant complain too much since I had a groupon deal. However, I wont ever return to the store and certainly will never recommend them to anyone due to lack of customer service and overpricing. With the prices of their products, you would expect them to be bowing down to their customers, not ignoring them. Shame on them!
