Review content:
Professional Home Improvements was very professional, and for the most part had payed great attention to detail, but the people on-site did not necessarily follow the quoted plan. The installation of the socket vents was wrong they were cut too long and the down spouts were installed incorrectly into the adapter caps.
But, in their defense, if I can find the right adaptor cap they will fix it. They should be taking care of this and not me, remedying their mistake. I like them, and if they had asked me I could have told them it was wrong, but they didn't. The down spouts aren't level and the gutter was done incorrectly too.
They have been the best out of everyone I have tried to use so far, but there are still some negative aspects to the work.
