Review content:
I have lived in my mobile home community for over 10 years. Asset Development Group has employed a certain paralegal and her sidekick for collections (Cheri Simon and Kristen Keeley), who are by far the most rude and unsympathetic creatures on earth. They will not let the homeowner/renter get a word in edgewise and will not lend a helping hand out to anyone in need. They don't want to listen to any excuses, problems in your family, emergencies.. nothing. They want their money and they want it NOW! They even have the gall to ask you where your money goes and how you spend it. Wow! Such unprofessionalism really needs to be rewarded! If anyone reading this wants to move into a community with HomeSource One, think twice! Pros: I have none Cons: Where do I start?
