Review content:
I was new in town and went to American Hairlines because I thought it was the "premier" salon in town and for a good salon the prices were good. The woman who cut my hair acted like she was afraid to cut it. There was little conversation as she seemed to be focusing on cutting my hair. I thought it was strange the way she was cutting it. She was cutting diagonal pieces all over as I've seen other stylists texture my bangs. When I said I had thought of trimming it myself she told me if I cut it the way she was that I couldn't mess it up. She ended up taking little or no length off and I left looking like I needed a haircut. Also, for as big as that place is, I would think they would have a place to wax eyebrows rather than sit me at the end of a line of sinks with my neck over the sink and my feet sticking out for everyone to pass around them. I was quite disappointed and never went back.
Pros: Nice, open, trendy space
Cons: Poor haircut, not sensitive to time, parking
