Jay at Pit Stop Body Shop provided exceptional service for my 2010 Honda Odyssey that had bumper and fender damage. Not only did the work get done quicker than the 5 days promised, but Jay even picked me up to get my car when finished. After getting terrible serve at another body shop, which took 8 weeks to repair, I was determined to find a new Orleans area shop that could repair my vehicle quickly. I was very impressed with the large number of reviews online from other customers so I went to get a quote for the work done. I went to 3 other body shops for quotes and out of all of them , Pit stop was the most detailed and realistic quote. One place wouldn't even write me a quote without making an appointment. The other quotes were similar in price, however Pit Stops quotes was more thorough. Jay helped me understand what I needed done so I could talk intelligently about the repair with my insurance company. Thank You Pit Stop for exceeding all my expectations!
