I came in for a Kelly-Springfield buy three get the fourth tire free promotion, wanting a specific tire in the Kelly Springfield line. The tires were out of stock at the Fullerton facility, as well as the manufacturers warehouse, but the Fullerton store went the extra mile to obtain four tires for me from other Allen Tire facilities, two were in the Hemet, CA store, etc. I appreciated the customer service after getting poor customer service at the Santa Ana Allen Tire store. I didn't want anything out of the ordinary, a sale of over $300 was made for the Fullerton store, and I would have no hesitation going back to the Fullerton store or recommending the Fullerton Allen Tire shop, word of mouth.
