Harvey is amazing. Seriously. I called him in a panic about my refrigerator, which was broken and quickly defrosting. I had out of town guests arriving later that day. He told me he was booked until 9 pm, but after I explained the situation to him, he fit me in that very morning. (I apologize to any of his customers whose appointments may have gotten delayed, but Harvey literally saved my life.)\r

He arrived on time, as promised, got right to work,and fixed the problem. His price was extremely fair, especially considering the last-minute call for rush service and the state of my refrigerator. \r

Keep in mind that I called multiple other repair services that couldn't fit me in for 3 days(!!!), and I was practically hysterical. Harvey is extremely professional and a really nice guy, too! He's great to talk with.\r

I will call him again in the future, and hopefully I will be able to give him more notice next time. Call Harvey! You'll be glad you did! Thank you, Harvey!!!
