I first tried booking a service time with GE through their online site (never called back although the site said they would in 2 hours)...thank God I found all the reviews (on numerous sites) for Harvey...I've never seen such positive commentary...and it is all true. The man is in business to help the customer get through their mini catastrophes...unlike so many repair services who see the time as their opportunity to gouge the customer. I look forward to only using Harvey from now on.
