I want to recommend Harvey if you need a good honest repair guy....
7.00pm tonight my laundry is flooded because my washer is spewing water everywhere, I have 6 loads of wash and 4 kids and a wet mess. I wanted to get a local Simi guy because I thought the chance of getting quick service was better..hoping to get an appointment the next day.
I got Harvey's name from this site and chose him because of the glowing reviews. He picked up his call immediately, and basically told me he was booked solid for a few days.
Hearing desperation in my voice he agreed to squeeze me in between his 7pm and 9pm appointment tonight. He is polite and honest and he fixed my machine...it is now 9.16pm and I write this review as my second load goes in...
