Best summed up by the term, ""Slum lords."" Avoid Park Place Property Management if you can help it. \r
The property was damaged and dirty before I moved in, but they kept my deposit and tried to charge me extra, even though we cleaned according to their extensive move-out checklist.\r
Maintenance service was inconsistent - sometimes they would respond promptly, other times it might take months to get something resolved, and sometimes it never got fixed at all.\r
To be fair, I have heard of a few people having decent interactions with Park Place, but I was not that lucky.
