Without a doubt, the Charleston is the finest example of fine dining experiences in Baltimore. The food is exquisite, the decor classic, and the service pampering without being obtrusive. My partner and I have chosen the Charleston as our special occasion place both for the food and the inclusive and tolerant nature of both the staff and the other patrons.
If possible, don't miss the New Years Eve gala for 2003. It is an indulgence worth saving your pennies (and dollars) all year.
