You would think for $20 entree's you'd be getting a great meal, not so. I'm confused how how this place won best of Carroll County ever. I've been here once when we moved to the area and don't plan on returning. The place looked quiet nice but that and the beer are all they have going. You can judge a good restaurant by their onion soup and it was tasteless at Johansson's. The service was extremely slow, over 10 minutes until our waitress greeted us and an hour to get our food. Don't waste your time of money here. It seems the owners are trying to make it something it is not, this is Westminster not DC.
