I called and scheduled appointment for next day. He did not make it. But he came on another day. Technician name is David. Looks like he does not have much experience... he looked at the heating system, he made couple of trips to his car and my home and wasted lot of time (approximately 30 min). In hour he told he fixed the problem. He charged $200.00, which I never expected. After he left I checked my a/c unit and he did not finish the job properly and lot of A/C is leaking from the a/c pipes. I called next day to discuss this issue. Somebody (I believe owner) lift the phone and talked very rude and mean and asking for additional charges to fix this issue. I never recommend this company to anybody. I just wasted $200.00.
