I've been associated with Blue Dragon Taekwondo for over 25 years. I credit Blue Dragon for helping transform me from a child to a young man into a successful adult. After a hiatus for college and work, I returned to taekwondo to try to regain health and focus after years of lapse. In returning to taekwondo and, more specifically, Blue Dragon, I found all of that and more. It was like returning back to a family. I couldn't speak more highly of Blue Dragon and recommend it for anyone - from the young child trying to gain confidence to the adult looking to get healthier and motivated. Ignore the negative reviews - if your child is looking for a way to find their way in the world and gain confidence or an adult looking to get healthier and fit or a way to defend yourself, visit Blue Dragon. You will be a better person for it.
