I had a bad unprofessional experience with the Abq office. A person there by the name of Gloria said she was going to change an amount for a fee that was told to me by the seller and at closing i walked out of the meeting due to the lie and she gave me her professional word that she would change the amount. we she lied and i lost all faith in this buisness and it was unethical and unprofessional.\r

I also called back to see if she would honor her word and she kept avoid me. One person can ruin a buisness.\r
