O.M.G!! If you have a choice, do not go here! I'm new to ABQ and actually cant believe I'm the 1st to write a review about this ABOMINATION of a business. They have the most ""in your face"" high pressure sales and seem so desperate that it's obvious they aren't trying to give you just what you need but are working towards a quota. After refusing all the ""extras"" which wasn't an easy thing to do, they set us up for an appt for 8:45. I like to be early b/c the early bird worm thing. Anyway, they dont even open till 9 AM!! WTF??? So we waited in their parking lot for almost 40 min!!! I'm in the service industry and am just in utter shock that these people are still in business. The icing on the cake is that after we dropped the car off Carlos, our high pressure salesman, proceeded to tell us that he ""didn't know"" about this ""hidden"" speaker and it would cost an extra 215 bucks. We refused but seriously, should we have to go through this??? We had already went through him telling us that the ""advertised"" deck wasn't available but that he was gonna ""hook"" us up. Right! So also, when he called, the deck was sold out. This happened like 3 times when we were deciding on which one to pick. Wow, I will NEVER recommend this place.....ughhhhh!

Cons: Bait & Switch Pros, HIGH Pressure Sales!!!
